We are delighted that you have chosen one of our courses. Please note the following terms and conditions for vouchers and refunds, which apply in addition to our General Terms and Conditions (in particular §5.3).

1. Validity of vouchers
1.1. Vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of issue. After 24 months, they can no longer be redeemed (see 2.). Refunds are subject to the statutory provisions (see 4.).
1.2. Vouchers are non-transferable and are valid exclusively for the person named in the booking.
1.3. Refunds are excluded if the customer has been provided with a reasonable course offer within the 24-month validity period, taking into account reasonable course periods, formats, and languages. Otherwise, the customer is entitled to a refund in accordance with the statutory provisions.
2. Redeeming vouchers
2.1. Vouchers can only be redeemed within their period of validity if a corresponding course is offered.
2.2. If a planned group course does not take place within this period (e.g. due to insufficient numbers), customers have the option of choosing an equivalent replacement course, if available.
2.3. There is no entitlement to a cash payment of the voucher value.

3. Group courses & number of participants
3.1. Group courses are usually held with a minimum of 5 participants. If there are only two to three participants, we reserve the right to reduce the course to one hour per week (instead of two) over ten weeks.

4. Refund
4.1. Refunds are excluded if the customer has been provided with a reasonable course offer within the 24-month validity period, taking into account reasonable course periods, formats, and languages. Otherwise, the customer is entitled to a refund in accordance with the statutory provisions.
4.2. If you register using a voucher that was redeemed after logging in or starting the course, you are generally not entitled to a refund in accordance with § 5.3 of the General Terms and Conditions. Please note: In the case of online bookings by consumers, customers expressly agree when redeeming the voucher that the service will begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period and that the right of withdrawal will therefore expire.
4.3. In exceptional cases (e.g., course cancellation by the provider), a partial credit may be granted on a goodwill basis.

5. Objections & legal inquiries
5.1. Legal or demanding inquiries relating to vouchers, course start dates, or refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
