What happens if I am unable to attend the course?

If for any reason you are unable to attend the course you have booked, please contact us as soon as possible to find a solution.

How are the teachers selected?

All teachers at Sankofa are native speakers who have been thoroughly checked by us in advance for professional suitability, pedagogical concept and adherence to Sankofa’s values. We have known the majority of our instructors for several years and they are established members of the Sankofa family.

What payment methods are offered?

We strive to offer the payment methods you feel most comfortable with. You can currently pay in the following ways:

Is it possible to pay in installments?

We do not offer payment in installments directly. Nevertheless, you may have the option of paying the course fee in monthly installments via Paypal or Klarna. Please understand that we have no influence on the granting of installment payments by Paypal or Klarna.

How can I check whether my previous knowledge is sufficient for an advanced course?

If you are unsure about your language level, you can contact us to clarify your language level together. We will soon be offering you an online placement test here.
